Job Description We have an amazing opportunity for an Engineering Manager in Cape TownWe require a candidate with:•+8 years of web software development experience•+2 years of experience managing a Software Engineering team.•Dealt with salary reviews and increases.•Experience with or a willingness to learn and master Python web development•Demonstrable track record of working with a relational database•Experience working in an agile team managed by Scrum.•Technical/Functional Skills: JavaScript / Angular, HTML 5, CSS, SQL REST APIs •One or more of the following Languages: C++, C#, Java, Python, Kotlin, Scala, Ruby on Rails.•Experience with embedded systems, Python Django, Async Message Brokers, DevOps, Cloud platform and Advanced Git usage is beneficial.
