Driver Trainer & Exam OfficerWe are looking for a patient, enthusiastic Diver Trainer to prepare our Drivers for the companies policies and procedures. The Driver Trainer’s responsibilities include planning and delivering lessons that promote Drivers’ theoretical and applied driving skills. Driver Trainers also communicate with Drivers to ascertain which of their abilities require further development.Driver Trainer & Exam Officer Responsibilities:Preparing training sessions that are tailored to the Drivers’ needs.Providing instruction on the parts and functions of a vehicle, and on-road regulations.Teaching practical skills related to all aspects of driving.Helping Drivers to develop confidence in their driving skills.Gaining control of the vehicle during emergency situations.Calming Drivers who are in distress.Documenting and reporting on Drivers’ progress.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Valid driving license.Proven experience as a Driver Trainer.Clear driving record.Clear criminal record.Excellent verbal and written communication.Patience and enthusiasm.Ability to remain calm under pressure.
