Provide advice on all human capital processes, policies and related services, contributing to operational effectiveness, client / customer satisfaction, reduced risk, profitability and compliance to relevant policies and regulatory requirements.Key performance areas:Define standard operating procedures and Implement and manage end-to- end processesManage operational risk and risk mitigation initiatives. Monitor and report on progress against operational plans and make adjustments where required. Formulate a plan which includes milestones and priorities to deliver on operational objectives. (3 – 12 months)Implement and manage workforce planning, recruitment, learning and development, performance management, reward and recognition and 2 employee relations to ensure an optimal working environment. Create an engaging, enabling and productive work climate aligned to the employee value proposition by demonstrating leadership through personal commitment to organisational values.Manage, monitor and report on budget variances in order to maximise Financial performance. Plan, manage and monitor initiatives to ensure customer service excellence.Resolve employee queries or requests and provide regular feedback. Provide relevant HR information and reports. Partner with HR colleagues to ensure the effective delivery of services.Implement the people and culture strategy and plans within an operating company, focusing on areas such as performance and talent practices, employee engagement, attracting and retaining the right talent for the operating company Report on the performance of multiple business practicesDesign and optimise multiple business practices in the context of a value chain operational strategy and model, legislation, standards, industry trends and other business intelligence Design and monitor programmes that will improve productivity and inculcate a performance culture throughout the company, whilst keeping employees engaged and motivated. Drive the people and culture agenda within the operating company Deliver and evaluate HR services delivered to the operating company Partner and / or consults with business leaders in the deployment of relevant people and culture strategies in key areas in HR (Talent 3 Management, IR/ER, HRD/OD, Compliance) Define and drive Change Management and Communication plans for the implementation of multiple business practices Complete own training successfully as per an agreed personal development plan (PDP).Interpret HR data and provide analysis that is relevant and meaningful to the operating company i.e. reporting on key people metrics, planning, developing and execiting suitable solutions to address relevant insights / challenges
