Market Data Management:Compile, analyse, interpret, and present sales, market share and market data. Sharing market knowledge with internal customers and, at times, external customers. Coordinating monthly reports and internal reporting. Manage, measure & report product distribution & availability.Compile monthly price survey tracking with regions.Managing outsourced syndicated data service providers and ROI on these. Drive analysis of consumer, category, and customer information to develop compelling business building recommendations to customers. Market data currently includes: Internal Sales DataNielsen scan data (including PFM channel) Nielsen Consumer Panel data o Massmart data via Tableau BMi Data o Executrac o Other ad-hoc sources of external data2. Trade Marketing Support & Administration:Coordinating trade marketing activities and tools, monthly reports, and internal reporting.Support Trade Marketing with day-to-day tasks, such as:Listings & Speed to Market measurementDevelopment of Pricing StrategyShare of Voice reporting o Portfolio Analysis Customer Review development o Development & Refining of In-Trade Execution GuidelinesDevelopment of Trade Toolkits, inclusive of NPD Trade Presenters Consumer and Shopper Propositions derived through insight and category analysis.Coordination of all POS requirements for specific campaigns related to channel plans by brand. Market Analyst & NPD Coordinator 3. NPD Project Coordination & Process Management :Coordinating all new product development projects Ensuring all NPD team members are clear on the status of each project, as well as the actions required in order to deliver projects on time Internal communication around NPD projects, such as ensuring production plants are clear on requirements, and managing project master dataPreparation of all data required for Gate Documents
