SCT41/ SCT42 Concrete Technology & Construction Certification3. Quality Management Certification4. Grade 125. ISO 9001:20156. SANS 1879:20137. Experience in cement mix designs, which includes controlling heat, weight, mix aggregate, cement, and water to produce concrete that conforms to required specifications8. Able to read, write & speak in English9. Computer Literate10. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills;11. Good understanding of laboratory testing of concrete12. Good verbal and written communication skills13. Valid driver’s license and own transport14. Have Excellent Communication Skills and be able to interact with management & staff.15. Be able to report accurately and reports to be detailed and complete16. Be able to work under pressure17. Motivate, and communicate with individuals and groups18. Willing to work overtime when and if needed
