Operations• Management of team planning and execution of operations from upliftment at mine up to FOB, including Ocean freight logistics where required.• Working with internal stakeholders to provide forwarding services in line with customer requirements, this may include but is not limited to internal and local transport services, international and local rail services, terminals, customs, ocean freight etc.• Daily management of warehouse receipts, dispatching, stock management.2. Administration• Management of billing to customer in line with quoted rates and costs.• Management of team operational files, shipping ledgers, creditors, and acquittals.• Management of opening and closing on system-based files.• Management of sin costs, including but not limited to demurrage, standing time, unforeseen costs, overtime etc.3. Team Management• Management of team leave and working hours.• Management of team’s workload.• Management of team operations, which may include local and regional.4. Reporting• Management of daily reporting to customers in-line with their requirements.• Management of weekly reporting internally to senior management.5. Commercial Support• Support the commercial team
