An established Company in Pmb is offering an amazing opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor.3 – 4 yrs experience in a construction companyPart of JBCCKnowledge in Excel and MS ProjectsMust have a valid driver’s licenceMust be able to work independently Pricing and estimating of jobs based on site visitsPricing of Tender Bill of Quantities.Preparing cost estimates of new projects off Architects and Engineers plans.Emailing of quotation or estimate to clientsAttending tender briefing meetings.Site visits on current jobsAttending and assisting with the site meetings for project planningMeasuring quantities of materials required for site.Ordering of materials for site on a day-to-day basisMonitoring material usage on site.Preparation of monthly claims.Preparing of cash flow report for claimsMeasuring of sub-contractors work on site and preparing sub-contractors’ payments.Administration and filing.Project managing of sites.Preparing of programs on MicroSoft Project.Liaising with sub-contractors and acquiring quotations.Liaising with suppliers on purchasing of materialsLiaising with the clients and other construction professionals.Tracking changes for construction work and adjusting of budget projectionsOnly suitable cvs will be responded to
