Family owned business that operate 5 independent companies from the one site are looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to join their team.  Incumbent must be fully proficient in Excel and Sage Pastel.  Duties include:Capture accurate receipting daily, reconcile creditors weekly for paymentsProducing invoicing monthly and issue statements Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of the companiesProvide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and annually)Monitor accounts payable and receivable and follow up with creditors and debtorsKnowledge and skills in:GL ReconciliationsInternal controlsJournalsVATMust be detail orientated and have the ability to work unsupervisedPlease note that this role is based in New Hanover, own reliable transport would be essential.
