The purpose of this role is to ensure that sales and viable business opportunities are identified and converted to continually improve market share and presence globally.  Expanding the client base with new project sales.  Provide existing and potential clients with sales and marketing support.  Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.Commercial tasks:Responsible for setting and achieving agreed sales targets and business objectivesMaximise sales opportunities across new and existing customer baseKey interface between customers and operations supportBuild and maintain long term relationships with customersIdentify and meet individual customer needsProficient in MS OfficeMeet with new local and international customers for new business developmentLiaise with operations to obtain final site survey informationPrepare commercial hand over file for operations to deliver quoted solutionLiaise with operations on actual installationFollow up with customers after installation to ensure total satisfactionResearch new property developmentsScan the industry for new shopping centres, property specialist, networking / presentation opportunities and general retail for sales potentialAttend trade sows, conventions/ conferences and events Requirements:Able and willing to travel at least 55 working days of the yearAble to speak EnglishAble to communicate well with customers of varying nationalities and personalities at a high levelAble to grasp technical aspects of productsIn possession of a proven sales and marketing track record with excess of 5 years experience and a formal sales qualificationIdeal to have experience in foreign marketsRetail experience would be advantageous
