Well established, national concern are looking for a Branch Manager to join their PMB team. Purpose of the role would be to identify market opportunities, manage the branch and foster customer relationships within the region. This includes overseeing staff, ensuring sales policies and procedures are maintained at all times, ensuring profitability of the branch, sales administration and the sale of company products.Education and Qualifications: Matric plus related tertiary qualification (Sales / Marketing or Building qualification)Experience: 3 -5 years experience in sales and managing a sales teamProficient in MS OfficeFinancial acumenExperience in building / constructionStrong leadership skillsDuties: Measurement and evaluation of performance in relation to sales targets and market share objectivesReports monthly on performance achievements agreed budget criteriaDevelop and maintain relationships with all local customers within the sales boundariesSales administration Ensure that efficient sales and service levels are maintainedControl and authorise credit notes / debit notesManagement of staff – co-ordinate and direct activities of area / and or Technical Representatives Sales admin staffMarketing / Sales – Contribute strategically to the regions sales / marketing decisions Grow the regions businessOur client is looking for a dynamic, self starter that thrives in a target orientated, competitive industry.
