Licensing, COF & Abnormal Permits AdministratorLicensing administrator to provide updates as required to the Software Licensing program manager to assist with the management of a technology roadmap for licensing business systems. Creates ad hoc reports and performs analysis related to licensed item use, history, costEnters, coordinates and tracks all memos and final agreements, amendments and cancellationsAccurate & timely updating of licence administration system to reflect changes in users & systemsRegular reconciliations of purchased deployed licencesDrafts clearance requests and license confirmations as neededSupervises and coordinates the review of building permits and business licenses.Assists in developing and ensuring the uniform implementation of permitting and licensing policies and proceduresInitiates efforts to streamline and improve policies and procedures.Approves or denies license/permit requests in accordance with Department of TransportIdentifies discrepancies, potential conflicts and recommended changes or new provisions to applicable laws, codes, ordinances and technical standards for review.Ensures that all requirements have been completed and approved prior to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy.Assists in the determination and collection of appropriate fees.Maintains filing systems and performs accurate records maintenance. Specific experience in content clearance requiredMust be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with managers and other levels of personnelMust have the ability to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral communicationA minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role with a proven track record of working in busy environmentFamiliarity with software licensing desirable
