Our Client based in Midrand has a stunning opportunity available, they are looking for a very target driven and strong Pre-Sales Engineer with great knowledge and experience within the IT SectorKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work as part of the Enterprise team to formulate and produce account strategies and sales plans including engaging with resources from channel partners for accounts as well as developing new opportunities, within the assigned territoryAnticipate technology trends and successfully build strong relationships with partners and internal departments (sales, support, business units, product management, marketing, development), as appropriate, to ensure success during sales campaigns and/or to ensure the customer experience is positiveProactive in building relationships with technical decision makers within end-user accounts and driving detailed, executable Account Plans for all focus targetsCollaborate with the creation and presentation of a business case to all business sponsors (i.e., C- level executives, technical partners, etc.) in support of all solutionsPropose and professionally demonstrate the products using presentations, existing customer solutions, whiteboard, demos, pilots, “proof-of-concepts”, etcCoach and support system engineers and sales team membersTo be able to achieve sales targets and not only be a technical advisor REQUIREMENTS: Matric is essential and a relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantageMinimum of 2-3 years’ experience within an IT environment and experience within the industry will be an advantageGood knowledge of HCI (Nutanix and VMWare), Data Management Solutions, Datacentre, and Storage Solutions and / or Cyber Security.Technical experience or aptitude is requiredAbility to learn new products without effortCopes effortlessly within a high-stress and pressurized environmentEnsure client satisfactionExcellent Microsoft Office skills requiredAbility to carry out instructionsExcellent communication skillsExcellent networking and relationship-building skillsAbove-average planning/organizing skills PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: AssertiveHigh level of energyAnalytical thinkerProblem solverPositive attitudeProactive individualTeam playerAttention to detailSelf-confidence and self-drivenA high level of perseveranceBe patient, tolerant, and diplomaticHigh level of energySelf-confidence and self-drivenA high level of perseverancePatient, tolerant and diplomaticAbility to work with People
