Duties:Responsible for ensuring that IT processes and procedures are documented, posted and audited.Participate actively during internal and external audits and follow-up on remediation actions of findings.Ensure that data is properly classified, retention periods established and data is removed/de-identified in systems.Develop and implement standard processes and procedures to ensure IT risks are identified, documented and properly mitigated or accepted.Ensure that the Business Impact Analysis of all Applications and IT Business Continuity plans are kept up to date. Coordinate the annual testing of all IT Disaster Recovery Plans to ensure continuity of critical IT & Business processes in case of a disaster.Conduct on-the-job and/or educational sessions to ensure IT Governance & Risk Compliance become part of the group IT culture in all respects.Ensure that IT and Business Solutions meet all POPIA, Group Governance and Quality standards, by active participation in solution provision, to ensure long term sustainability and reliability of solutions.Responsible for the management of all IT documents in the Quality Management System and the adherence to all processes and standards.Requirements:3 year IT (or related) Qualification – degree or diploma (minimum)ITIL Foundation1 to 3 years IT and/or business systems and/or1 to 3 years Corporate/IT Governance, Risk and Compliance and/orRisk management process planning/implementation participationParticipation in Internal and/or External IT AuditsExpert experience in using Microsoft (Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)
