Job Description:Ensure the maintenance and effective running of the Mining Operation and Coal process plant.Key Performance Areas (including but not limited to): Mining & Process plant operationMaintenance Planning & ManagementLegislative compliance with Mine Health & Safety ActPeople & team development Minimum Qualifications Needed: BSc Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent qualificationGovernment Certificate of Competency in Mines and works (GCC)Medically fit and be able to obtain medical clearance.Valid Driver’s Licence Skills/Competencies: Strong Project Management SkillsMotivated and driven by high standardsStrong management skillsAbility to network and communicate with all relevant stakeholders.Innovative and systems thinking orientated.Business Acumen Experience: Minimum 6 years management experience in the Coal mining industry Documents required: Updated CV.Proof of Current Remuneration Package (i.e. Copy of Most Recent Payslip) if employed.Certified ID Document.Certified Copies of Qualifications.
