Job DescriptionOur client is looking for a talented and experienced Technician to join their Maintenance Department at the Plastics division at their Johannesburg site. The successful applicant will report to the Maintenance Supervisor.Role Responsibilities Machine maintenance as per formal preventative maintenance programEnsure optimal machine efficiency and machine availabilityPerform fault finding and attend to machine breakdownsGeneral maintenance of plant facilities and servicesAccurate and timeous completion of job cards and general administrationComply with GMP and food safety principalsEnsure compliance with all HACCP and ISO rules and regulations Behavioural Competencies Deadline driven and personally accountableDetail orientedTeam playerProfessionalQuick learner Education and Experience Grade 12Relevant trade test papers necessaryQualified Artisan Millwright (preferable) or electricalPrevious work experience in a similar position and environment will be advantageous
