MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSDiploma or degree in Accounting or Quality ManagementCompleted Accounting Learnership would be highly advantageousAdvanced computer literacyAdvanced Microsoft ExcelPrevious customer/ client services experiencePrevious experience in managing/coaching/training of a teamDUTIESAssessing members requirements and ensuring that they are met;Setting customer service standards;Monitoring performance & supervision of Portfolio Consultants;Co-ordinate and promote the membership function and the day-to-day operations of the Portfolio Consultants;Identify areas of improvement and concerns with the Membership & Compliance Manager;Monitor daily activities of the staff members, provide guidance whenever needed, and feedback to Membership & Compliance Manager;Address staff member grievances and maintain positive and safe working environment for all staff members;Develop best practices to ensure quality and productivity;Ensure that staff members read and understands the HR Policies and Procedures Manual and other policies and procedures;Follow and enforce policies and procedures:Maintain timesheets of staff members, and approve leave application forms in consultation with the Membership & Compliance Manager;Ensure effective communication with members regarding queries;Ensure that targets set are achieved and that any deviations are communicated timeously and interventions are proposed to the Membership & Compliance Manager and implemented;Overall management of the Portfolio Consultants, including: the membership process, non-conformances, effective and efficient filing system, absenteeism, working hours, scheduling of training regarding administrative procedures and coaching, and disciplinary action, in consultation with the Membership & Compliance ManagerMeeting with the Membership & Compliance Manager on a weekly basis to provide feedback on the performance of the membership department
