Arrangements for services and roadworthy are made during the weekly meeting held between the Maintenance Mechanic and the Store and Vehicle Administrator.Do service in accordance to the Company vehicle spread sheet that is issued to Maintenance Mechanic on a Friday afternoon for the next week.Job cards are issued to the Maintenance Mechanic once week before services are due to ensure that parts for the service are ordered ahead of time.Drivers Daily Truck Inspection Checklists are sent on a daily basis from the Casing Administrator to the Store and Vehicle Administrator, from where the Maintenance Mechanic will be informed and issued with a job card for any defects or problems that may be indicated on the Drivers Daily Truck Inspection Checklist.Once service or inspections have been done a job card and daily worksheet is completed.The Job cards and Daily worksheets are handed to Store and Vehicle Administrator to update spreadsheet first thing every morning.Job cards are numbered and filed by Store and Vehicle Administrator Weekly The Maintenance Mechanic meets with the Store & Vehicle Administrator once a week to ensure that all Vehicles kilometers and service are updated correctly and informs the Store and Vehicle Administrator of any issue that may occur in the week ahead for example the Maintenance Mechanic is required to go to all sites in the week to inspect site vehicles.During the weekly meeting between the Store and Vehicle Administrator and the Maintenance Mechanic the week ahead is discussed and if any additional parts are needed. Arrangements for vehicles that are due for service are made to ensure they are available.During the meeting vehicles that are due for Roadworthy are discussed and arrangements are put in place for vehicles to be available. Monthly Service both generators on a monthly and annual basis as per Preventative Maintenance Spreadsheet that is located at the Maintenance Technicians office.The applicable job cards are handed to the Maintenance Mechanic at the beginning of every new month by the ISO Administrator.Ensure that applicable job cards are completed and ensure that it is handed to ISO Administrator to update Preventative Maintenance Spreadsheet and to be filed in the Preventative Maintenance file.
