Duties will include but not be limited to: Identifying and analyzing events that will give rise to Claims or Variation Orders.Calculation of costs relating to Claims and Variation Orders.Ensuring that Contract Conditions relating to Claims and Variations are complied with.Compilation of Claims and Variation Orders for approval by Senior Management.Preparation of reports detailing the status of Claims / Variation Orders for Senior Management.Evaluation and analysis of Subcontractor Claims and Variation Orders.
