Own and manage customer relationships, contribute to operational effectiveness, customer satisfaction, reduced risk, profitability and compliance to relevant policies and regulatory requirements.Role Profile Develop, own and execute a sales plan that supports the overall business strategy and objectives.Generate new leads, opportunities, and new business revenue through market research, identifying new customers and new markets.Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needsPromote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives including new products which may be introduced from time-to-time.In collaboration with the CS Team, own and manage the customer onboarding process.Manage the contract renewal process, and make sure all contracts are up-to-date, and the billing structure is in accordance to signed contracts.Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and monitor client/customer performance against forecasts & plans.Hire, manage and drive the personal & professional development of Sales Team
