Minimum requirements for the role:Previous experience having worked within a manufacturing environment is essential for the role.Previous experience having worked within the packaging, FMCG or related manufacturing industries is preferred.Previous experience having worked on inks and stereos is essential.The successful candidate must be computer literate.Must be able to manage and develop relationships with senior management and staff within the company.Must have strong problem-solving skills and collaborative approach when working with internal employees and senior management. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Managing and overseeing all planning and preparation of ink services.Managing and driving the preparation of tooling an ink services on the production lines.Implementing processes and continuous improvement.Ensuring all information is captured on the ERP System.Overseeing and driving quality checks on ink and damaged tooling.Coordinating and working closely with the production planning team regarding all customer orders and planning.Attending safety meetings. Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
