Job Description:Ensure the customer deliveryFeed sequencer and monitor itSupervise preparation and the loading of finished products in trucksFollow up shipments, alert in case of failure, implement customer MPM follow up and contribute to reduce it (Mis-deliveries per million)Invoicing of finished goods to customer on computerized systemEnsure supplies of production linesEnsure the cleanness of stocking areasEnsure production lines feeding (Small train)Supervise the unloading of pieces and measure suppliers MPMManage warning system in picking zoneDrive logistics basis implementation (booking operations, traceability, labelling, container management)Monitor visual management system, deploy visual FIFO (First in, First out) and install physical alert systemsOrganise resources (people, machines)Ensure the deployment of the Employee Empowerment tools (monthly meeting, improvement ideas and autonomous groups)Look for productivity gainsManage, train and coach logistics operator teamsMaintain FES systemJob Requirements:National Diploma: Industrial Engineering/ Logistics3+ years experience as a supervisor in Logistics/ ProductionKnowledge of KANBAN / FIFO and related logistics systemsExcellent communication skillsTeam playerAbility tot manage and motivate teamOwn transport and valid drivers license
