Pronel Personnel are currently seeking candidates for their open Account Manager position in null, KwaZulu-Natal through Go Job Search. Are you an experienced candidate looking to take up a Account Manager role such as with an industry leading company like Pronel Personnel?

Purpose of the Role:Ensures that best practice scheme administration systems and processes are implemented and effectively managed in support of the company’s strategic direction.Assumes overall accountability for providing our business partners with accurate, complete and value adding financial analysis and operational reports.Develops and manages mutually beneficial business partner relationships by providing excellent customer experience and account management.Ensures compliance to all regulatory requirements, policies, and processes.Education / Experience:Com Degree or equivalent level Accounting Diploma is required.An Accounting “major” would be preferable.Proven track record in leading, managing and coaching a team is required.At least 5 years previous related working experience in a corporate entity is requiredwith demonstrated supervisory and management experience.Experience in working with advanced Excel is required.Proficient in the preparation and analysis of reports.Strong communication skills.Previous work experience in the financial services environment would be preferable
