Responsibilities include communicating directly with account managers, clients, architects and engineers.  Identify material and equipment needs and costs based on drawings and specifications.  Contact vendors and distributors to establish a reasonable estimate for materials and supplies.  Analyse, compare and interpret detailed drawings.  Qualifications and experienced required:Ability to read and understand all construction plans and drawings related to steelAutoCAD and Tekla software knowledge preferredProficient in MS OfficePossess good Maths skillsMinimum of 3 years experience estimating steel fabrication and erectionAbility to manage multiple projects
