This person would lead a team of Senior Superintendents in ensuring optimum smelter operations.Requirements: Grade 12Degree in Metallurgy / Mineral Processing10 – 15 years’ experience within the smelting plant mining industry7 years’ managerial experienceExperience within the smelter environment and overseeing construction, production operations and commissioning.
