Structural Engineering+10 years experienceCommercial building experienceProfessionally registered with ECSA (.)Proven record of managing structural design team of at least 5 yearsMinimum 8 years’ experience successfully managing projects (mostly medium-sized, with several large projects of medium complexity – more than one discipline) (proven by portfolio of evidence) Key Responsibilities: Preparing reports, designs and drawings.Making calculations about loads and stresses.Selecting appropriate construction materials.Providing technical advice.Obtaining planning and/or building regulations approval.Liaising with relevant professional staff such as architects.
