ENVIRONMENT: AN ambitious & solutions-driven Branch Manager/Senior Business Development Manager is sought by a dynamic provider of IT Solutions to take charge of the coordination & oversight of its Durban operations. Your core role will entail leading and managing your team whilst actively meeting new and existing clients, building rapport with customers and the community, and creating and implementing strategies to improve productivity and sales performance in efforts to achieve the financial targets of the branch. You must have experience in a similar role with strong sales, negotiation, people and client relationship management ability.DUTIES:Manage a team of 6 that includes 3 Sales staff. You will be responsible for leading and managing the team whilst actively meeting new and existing clients building rapport with customers and the community, creating, and implementing strategies to improve productivity and sales performance in efforts to achieve the financial targets of the branch.Employee mentorship and leading the charge in customer service are both areas that need to continually improve. Not only is the Branch Manager important to each of these areas to maintain relationships with current customers, but it’s also important for them to strategize for bringing in future customers.Prepare financial statements for the branch.Manage employees and lead day-to-day responsibilities.Recruit and interview new employees.Assist with dealers and third-party customers.Prepare and provide monthly statistical reports.Create plans and forecasts that are built to fit future needs
