The purpose of the position is to assist the Mine Manager in the control, management, and direction of the underground working of the mine.Key requirements: Mine Manager’s Certificate of CompetencyGrade 12At least 5 years’ experience as Mine Overseer of which 3 years must have exposure in management (MHSA 2.6.1 or 3.1 appointment)
