The Brand Manager will manage different brand portfolios from end to end and will be responsible for strategic vendor engagement and relationship, strategic planning, and promotion of the brand to customers/resellers.• Processing orders• Costing at specific project prices• Pricing Strategy• Attending and conducting product training and events• Communication of product/brand updates with sales, resellers, and end-users• Liaise with sales, resellers, and end users on daily queries• Liaise with stores/dispatch to resolve delivery issues for urgent orders• Product knowledge of the enclosures & containment in campus, premise, and data center networks• A working knowledge of UPS and power management systems – single and three phase• Ability to design a UPS and battery solution• Generate sales leads and follow up with sales teams• Identify and react to opportunities to open sales in the market• Development of brand strategy• Liaison with the marketing department to execute the marketing strategy• Assist account managers with sales into strategic accounts• Support pre- and post-sales• Upsell and cross-sell to the best of your ability• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on the status of the brand• Negotiate targets, rebates, terms, marketing funds, stock rotation, and pricing with vendors• Manage RS process for faulty equipment• Ensure customer queries are dealt with
