Job Description: Our client is currently seeking an Corporate Financier to join their team Requirements: – CA or CFA qualification- Valuation specific training- Valued companies for transactional / M&A / corporate action advisory purposes- Experience in valuing derivatives and valuations for accounting reporting purposes- A good understanding of the JSE Listings Requirements and Companies Act as it relates to valuations, including experience in JSE fairness and/or TRP fair and reasonable opinions
