A leading environmental, social and governance (ESG) advisor to Business, Investors, and Financial Institutions is looking for a Climate Risk enthusiast to lead their Business Unit. Requirements: •Advanced degree (Master’s) in a discipline relevant to climate change e.g., environmental science, environmental management, geography, development studies, air quality •10+ years’ experience in climate change or similar discipline•3-5 years’ experience in a management or senior technical role•Demonstrable experience developing technical and financial proposals for climate change assignments•Technical and project management experience in at least three of the following areas:oclimate financeoenvironmental, social, and governance (ESG) due diligenceoclimate risk assessmentoclimate change impact assessmentogreenhouse gas inventories/carbon footprint assessments aligned with relevant international standardsoclimate change adaptation strategiesoclimate change mitigation strategiesShould this position excite you, and you meet the requirements for, please email your updated CV to engineering.jobs@staffingprojects.co.za.
