Minimum Requirements:•Degree in HR / IR / Industrial Psychology or related field.•Post Graduate qualification on labour law is an added advantage.•Knowledge of labour legislation.•Knowledge of mining industry legislation – MPRDA, Mining Charter, etc.•Minimum of 5-8 years ‘experience as an HR Generalist.•Experience in mining environment is essential.
