Job Description Have you been trying to move into a Unit Manager position, but just don’t have enough management experience yet? Well, this is the next step you have been waiting for! A lovely private hospital in Johannesburg is in need of a RN as a Second in Charge to the Unit Manager for our clients Theatre Department. You will be responsible for assisting the Unit Manager with managerial duties in the Unit, whilst still being on the floor with patients. The following requirements are a prerequisite to be considered for the position:•B.Cur / Diploma in Nursing •Postgraduate diploma in Operating Theatre Nursing essential •Registered with SANC•5+ years’ experience in Theatre•Prior experience within a private hospital preferred
