Job Description A leading International IPP is looking for a HSE Manager who will be responsible for maintaining, developing, leading and supporting a strong environmental, health and safety culture within the projects.Minimum Requirements:•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or formal training in HSE field.•5 to 10 years of experience in delivering health, safety and environment for projects, with demonstrable experience on renewable energy projects•Registration with the SACPCMP•Experience in implementation, maintaining and auditing of the OSHA18001 and ISO14001 Management System•Familiarity of Industry Standards and relevant industry HSE regulations and requirements.•Familiarity with behavioral based safety systems, risk analysis / job safe analysis methods, emergency response and crisis management procedures.•Excellent skills in problem solving, team building, ingenuity and initiative are required to coordinate problem resolution and to execute schedule requirements within a team environment.•Strong interpersonal and communication skills •Excellent leadership and team building skills, and being able to influence decision makers
