Job Description Looking for a Senior Ecologist based in Johannesburg.Requirements:*BSc post-graduate degree (MSc preferred)• Subjects in Soil, Ecology and Botany would be advantageous*5 years’ experience in Ecology*Ability to use GIS and other niche software for recording, analysing and presenting data and reports*Up-to-date knowledge of environmental legislation*Good understanding of statistics, with the ability to present, analyse and record them*Ability to understand and work with technology like Geographic Information Systems (GIS), aerial photography, records and maps to enhance and interpret data.*Conduct and manage/oversee assessments as part of a project such as Fauna and Flora, Avifauna, Aquatics (SASS5), Wetland delineations and Biodiversity assessments or email us: engineering.jobs@staffingprojects.co.za
