Job Description A multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm with more than 320 employees and offices across the country, is looking for a Civil Technologist/Technician to join their team. This could be YOU!Location: Cape TownSalary: R450 000 – R250 000Key Responsibilities:Form part of an existing design office and report to the Project LeaderTechnical support to Project Leader and Design EngineersPreparation of designs drawings and typical details to construction drawings level of detailAssisting with Compilation of Feasibility Reports, Technical Reports, and Tender adjudication reportsAssisting with Compilation of Tender Documentation and SpecificationsKey Requirements:Must have B-Tech degree or National Diploma in Civil EngineeringGood knowledge of local authority and public works approval processes is advantageousA minimum of three (3) years working experience in a design office is preferredValid Driving LicenseMust be Cape Town basedDesign experience in township development and general Civil Works is advantageousAdherence to office hours and availability for overtime as and when required to meet deadlines· Have experience with the following Computer Software Programs:Civil 3DAutoCADMS Office Suite
