To supervise the functioning of Collections Teams to achieve the following objectives to attainoperational efficiency:Procurement of blood and apheresis products as per agreed targetsEffective and efficient customer service to donors and patientsCompliance to policies, procedures and standards of practiceREQUIREMENTSRegistered with SANCCurrent CPR Certificate renewed as requiredMay be required to travel and have overnight staysMust be prepared to work overtime, weekends and public holidays and shifts within prescribed limits and conditionsMay be required to drive company vehicle from time to time as per operational requirementsThe incumbent will be required to be on his/her feet for lengthy period, to carry loads of up to 14 kg and assist with loading and off-loading of vehicles and climb stairs within reasonCurrent BLS certificate if required to work at Multidisciplinary CentreDiploma / Degree in General Nursing SciencesCode C1 Manual Driver’s licenseComputer Literacy (MS Office), knowledge of Meditech1 year supervisory / management experience
