Duties and Responsibilities will include: Acting as a first point of contact, greeting and welcome guests and high- profile business partnersDealing with correspondence and phone calls, taking messages accurately and preciseManaging diaries and organising meetings, booking the boardroomArrange refreshments and catering if neededBooking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation, being able to add or make last minute changesArrange courier services for pick up and drop offPerform some personal assistant dutiesPreparing and typing of confidential documentsRequirements:Matric and Relevant Diploma in Administration or Office SupportAt least 3 years proven experienceYour 1st language is Afrikaans and you have excellent command of business English Valid Driving LicensePreferably located in the City Centre or surrounds
