Fantastic opportunity for a CA qualified Financial Manager to join this growing PMB based concern with a global presence.Duties include:Ensuring accurate and timeous monthly reportingReview of balance sheet reconsGuiding financial staffManagement of the annual auditPresentation of AFS to the BoardBBBEEOwnership of the BBBEE structureManagement of verificationMonthly meetings with BBEE consultants to forecast the BBBEE levelOversee preparation of BBBEE entity financials by outsourced providerCommercial Involvement:Preparation of all factory pricingDiscussion of factory and sales pricing with sales team and Regional DirectorResearch any transactions / projects and make recommendationsOther:Cashflow managementPreparation of annual budgetsRegular communication with : Banks and Forex intermediaries, Insurance Brokers, HR Business Partner, Auditors and ShareholdersReview of PayrollCompliance with relevant laws (VAT, Workmen’s Com, EE etc)Must have a minimum of 5 – 10 years relevant experienceCA qualified
