MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSGrade 12 Relevant DIploma with Bookkeeping to Trial Balance SAGE Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Bookkeeper preferably in the NGO environmentHigh level of computer literacy knowledge of basic audit processes and internal controls JOB DESCRIPTION Timely and accurate financial data provided by ensuring daily and real time capturing/processing of financial transactions.Preparation and submission of monthly Management reports with working paper files to AccountantReconciliation of Fixed Asset Register to General Ledgers on a monthly basisAssistance and Support during Internal, External and Funder Specific AuditsManagement of HR aspects of the team i.e. timely submission of timesheets, attendance at bi-annual performanc appraisals with Line Manager, leave recording, progress meetings, etcIdentify opportunities for own personal development, capacity building & growth to develop an Individual Development Plan and implement with Line ManagerFinancial data capturing and analysis,Bookkeeping to Trial BalanceFinancial report writingLiaison and networking skill.
