A vast spectrum of projects have been successfully managed by this company, and they additionally offer specialist activities including turnkey projects, project development consulting, financial consultation and construction management.Job DescriptionDue to the rapid expansion of the client’s considerable property portfolio, they are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator/Administrator to join their property team. The environment is fast-paced and challenging, and a successful incumbent will oversee projects from inception to completion – including land acquirement, town planning requirements, and working directly with project managers and project professional teams.Role ResponsibilitiesPlanning and coordination of development projectsProject managementObtaining necessary legal documentation/agreementsCoordination of company entity’sOrganising necessary professional teamsCoordinating meetings between necessary professional teamsObtaining all necessary documentation from professionals and partnerActioning requirements/documentation to professionals and partnersTaking meeting minutesGeneral administrative dutiesCoordinating all relevant internal departments per projectBehavioural CompetenciesExcellent communicator and organiserCapable of multitasking and hitting deadlines while under pressureAdaptability and willingness to learn new skillsGood social manner, capable of working with a diverse range of people across multiple functionsSelf-managed individual with a lot of motivation and eagerness to accomplish new targetsEducation and ExperienceMinimum 5 years in property management and coordinationExperience with GIS and/or Windeed; computer literacy, including Microsoft OfficeAdministrative capabilitiesExperience with legal and contractual documentationFluent in English, second language a plusDrivers license and own vehicle required
