They are looking for an experienced Audit professional who had a deep understanding of the Insurance sector to join their team as an Audit Manager.Some of the duties will be:Identifying audit issuesDetailed analysis of clients financial statementsRisk identificationAnalytical trend analysisClient engagementStaff managementPeople devolvement (training, coaching and mentoring)Identifying risk and opportunities for clientsRequirementsQualified CA(SA) preference with first time board passesArticles at a Big 4 Audit firmMinimum of 2 years post article experience preferably in the Insurance sectorAt least 1year people management experience within a traditional audit environmentUnderstanding of quality and risk requirementsExcellent understanding of IFRS and GAAP (Local) with in the Insurance sectorMust not be longer than 2 years out of Audit
