Job Description We have an amazing opportunity for a CTO in Johannesburg!We require a candidate with:•7+ years of experience in leadership positions with teams 5-20+ in size•7+ years of experience in building technology applications (directly or in leadership•roles)•Working with external contractors and in-sourced teams (beneficial to have experience•in building internal teams)•Working with external stakeholders to the company and to the engineering team•Building customer-facing applications (mobile and web)•Building backend systems integration across multiple vendors and systems•Building and scaling software technology products•Motivating and leading cross-functional teams•Creative problem-solving•Excel (advanced), Slack, Trello, GSuite, Jira, Github, Miro•5+ Experience with DevOps and Messaging Brokers like RabbitMQ•5+ years of experience building products in cloud environments like AWS
