JOB DESCRIPTION: My client is looking for an experienced and dynamic internal sales person who is highly skilled in sales with strong industry knowledge of electrical and electronic products and who is passionate about driving sales and increasing market share in the solar industry. Responsibilities: Quoting on the inbound call centreFollowing the sales process to invoice stageProcessing telephonic, email and external representative sales ordersFollow up on back ordersQuote reports and follow up on queries and general administrationNegotiating and closing sales, (including requesting discount to convert sales)Requesting feedback and follow up on ETAs via Procurement departmentDaily reportsUp and cross selling including promotion of specials (to supply evidence and regularity)Relationship and cooperation with external sales team and other departmentsResolving complaints Skills & Qualifications: MatricInbound sales experienceExcellent communication skillsAbility to cope with change and remain calm under pressureAbility to multitaskExcellent attention to detailProcess-drivenSystems orientatedExcellent planning and organization skillsExcellent time management and perception of urgencyExcellent problem-solving abilityExcellent verbal and written communications skills Apply now!
