The incumbent of this position will head up a team of Brokers located in their designated region, making them Regional Manager.Relevant B Degree and/or equivalent NQF6RE and FAIS QualificationsMinimum 5 years’ experience as a key stakeholder in insurance Sales and Business DevelopmentMinimum of 3 years’ experience in a Sales Management role with emphasis on people managementStrong flair for numbers and an ability to augment business rationale with supporting calculationsStrong understanding of the Face to Face Distribution model
