Job Description We have an amazing opportunity for an Intermediate GIS Developer based in Durban!We require a candidate with:• At least two years’ experience in C# development• Experience in Web Development with JavaScript and/or Angular frameworks• A good understanding of HTML and CSS for UI design• Database design and development: MS SQL Server/Oracle/Postgres• Ability to accurately estimate effort for deliverables• A qualification in Computer Science/Geo-informatics from a recognized institution or a comparative qualification e.g. MSCD / MSPD• An understanding of agile tools and techniques• Azure DevOps• Experience across the full project development lifecycle • Python• Development experience in a Spatial GIS environment• Experience in the use of the Esri ArcGIS Enterprise product range e.g.: – ArcGIS Desktop• ArcGIS Server (basic administration and managing map services)•Geodatabase design and implementation• Exposure to mobile app development
