JOB DESCRIPTION: Job & Company Description:The client is based in the JHB area – they are a technology company specialising within the supply chain industry. They have extremely passionate software engineers working for them, many who have been with the company for many years. They have a new and exciting project coming up where you will be developing a system from scratch. As Senior Lead Developer the incumbent will be the highest authority in all things relating to the systems development environment. The setup and maintenance of the development ecosystem is the responsibility of the Team Leader. The Team Foundation Services strategy, team compliance and technical maintenance. Production and server environment. Making sure software is behaving as expected. Structure of the SQL database and the data integrity. While being team leader the candidate also needs to develop deliverables on projects using the skills set out below on a day to day basis. The Senior Lead Developer is responsible for the productive success of his team.
