The position’s goal is to efficiently support Operations’ everyday tasks as well as the Customer Relationship Center. These duties will entail managing and making payments in accordance with established schedules and service level agreements.Duties and responsibilitiesSupport to Client Relationship Centre – working with stakeholdersDaily Operational functions -ensuring that everyone is complying with the industries regulationsLending Products – knowledge of Credit Card and Overdraft methodologiesData analysis – Obtain and modify data for analysis. Education: Diploma in Banking/ similar qualification Job Experience & Skills Required: Requires some banking experienceSkilled in Microsoft office suiteAnalytical skillsStrong client services
