JOB SUMMARY: A Top machinery manufacture is looking for a dynamic QC Inspector to assist with the execution of a construction project that requires quick learning and traveling abroad to fulfill site installation requirements. JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Responsibilities: Execute and maintain an effective QC system, inspecting, documenting, and reporting during the manufacturing and installation phases.Establish and maintain project quality requirements, including liaising via the correct system channels, with sub-contractor’s procedures and documentation.Review of sub-contractor procedures and documentation.Drafting ITP’s, procedural and other documents to ensure conformity to specific intervention points.Auditing quality performance in accordance with ISO and project deliverables. Job Experience & Skills Required: Knowledge in ISO Knowledge of Corrosion Protection (paint systems)Knowledge of ISO Ability to interpret drawings and technical orders/specifications5 – 8 years’ experience in structural fabrication/construction environment Education: Matric (Grade 12)Welding Inspection qualification – SAIW Level ½, CSWIP or IWI equivalent Apply now!
