Job Description We are seeking candidates with private hospital experience that will be competent in Unit Management with neonatal experience. A Unit Manager NICU is responsible for leading the implementation of the nursing care plan and co-ordinate and facilitate the delivery of the correct treatment plan within the correct MDT program in order to achieve clinical outcomes and objectives. Requirements: •Degree/Diploma in Nursing with approximately 5 years post basic and proven leadership and/or people management experience within healthcare (including clinical competence in area of specialisation) •Certified qualification in the specialist discipline is essential•Current registration with South African Nursing Council Basic understanding of labour legislation, financial and change management principles Computer proficiency (MS office)•Driver’s license & own transportShould you be interested in this position, and you meet the requirements for this position, email your CV to pharmacy.jobs@staffingprojects.co.za.
