Duties:LEADERSHIP AND PLANNING:Properly plan all sales activity for allocated strategic accounts (get involved)Provide customers with a point of contact scenarioApply the retail pricing framework in a sensible and profitable mannerEnsure efficient liaison meetings take place at dealer levelCoordinate after sales activities for allocated strategic accountsProvide a transport consultancy service to demonstrate total operating costsManage positive supplier relationshipsProvide a sales engineering service to ensure correct vehicle selectionCost savingAdhere to SHE policy at all times KEY DRIVERS: Accurate understanding of the deal process, from selection to closureCustomer relations Customer retention and growth MONITORING AND INSPECTION: Ensure that all vehicles are invoiced timeouslyEnsure vehicle payment debtors are kept within terms and conditions of saleEnsure cash sale transactions are paid in full HR AND TRAINING: Ensure correct PPE is worn at all times when attending customer sitesAdhere to all training programsWork closely with all other departmental staff Requirements: Matric/Grade 12Code 8 license2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
